Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp (if provided). You can track your order using our Track Order page or the courier's website.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Azam Bike is not responsible for customs delays.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either reship or refund your order at no cost.
